This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for the services provided by Ekatra (“Ekatra”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Whixic Technologies Pvt. Ltd., through our website joinekatra.com and the Ekatra mobile app.

Our service is free

Ekatra helps Indian homeowners optimise their home loan — through rate negotiation with your existing bank, internal loan conversion, or a balance transfer to a new lender. These services are provided free of charge. We do not collect any fee, subscription, or payment from you to use the Ekatra website, app, free audit, or optimisation support.

No fees means no refunds

Because we do not charge you anything, there is nothing for us to refund, and no refund requests apply to Ekatra's services. If you are ever asked to pay Ekatra directly for these services, please do not pay and contact us immediately at support@joinekatra.com.

Charges from your bank or lender

Ekatra does not lend money or provide credit. We facilitate your home loan optimisation by negotiating with your existing lender or connecting you with a new one. Your bank or lender may charge their own fees as part of this process — for example, processing fees, conversion or switching charges, legal or valuation fees, or stamp duty.

These charges are levied directly by the bank or lender, are governed by that institution's own terms, and are not paid to or collected by Ekatra. Any refund of such charges is solely a matter between you and the bank or lender concerned. Ekatra cannot refund amounts it never received.

Cancelling or withdrawing

You are free to stop using Ekatra at any time, at no cost and with no penalty. If you decide not to proceed after your free audit, you can simply walk away. To stop communications or have us delete your data, see our Account Deletion page, or contact us at support@joinekatra.com.

If we introduce paid services

If Ekatra introduces any paid product or service in the future, we will update this policy with clear refund terms for that product before you are charged. Those terms will apply only to the paid product they describe.
